Location & Transport Connectivity at Palm Heights
Location: Palm Heights apartment building is located within the Palm City urban area, on the parallel road of the Ho Chi Minh City – Long Thanh – Dau Giay expressway, An Phu Ward, District 2 (currently part of Binh Trung Ward, Ho Chi Minh City).
Transport connectivity:
Situated at the eastern gateway and directly adjacent to Song Hanh Road and the An Phu Interchange, Palm Heights offers extremely convenient connectivity:
To District 1:
Route: Song Hanh Road -> Mai Chi Tho Avenue -> Saigon River Tunnel (Thu Thiem Tunnel) directly into the center of District 1.
Travel time: Approximately 10–15 minutes in clear traffic.
To Binh Thanh District:
Route: Song Hanh Road -> Mai Chi Tho Avenue -> Nguyen Co Thach Road -> Thu Thiem 1 Bridge (alternatively, via Hanoi Highway -> Saigon Bridge).
Travel time: Approximately 10–15 minutes.
To Thao Dien (District 2):
Route: Via Mai Chi Tho Avenue -> make a U-turn towards Hanoi Highway -> turn right onto major Thao Dien roads (such as Quoc Huong or Thao Dien Street).
Travel time: A very short distance; takes only about 5–10 minutes.
To Bien Hoa City (Dong Nai):
Route: Travel straight along Hanoi Highway towards Dong Nai, or use the An Phu Interchange to access the HCMC – Long Thanh – Dau Giay Expressway -> National Highway 51 -> Vung Tau Intersection.
Travel time: Approximately 45–60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.
To Nhon Trach (Dong Nai):
Route: Two main options. Option 1: Song Hanh Road -> Nguyen Thi Dinh Road -> Cat Lai Ferry. Option 2: Head directly onto the Ho Chi Minh City – Long Thanh – Dau Giay Expressway, then exit onto National Highway 51. (Future connectivity will be even more convenient thanks to Ring Road 3).
Travel time: Approximately 30–45 minutes.
To Vung Tau (Ba Ria – Vung Tau):
Route: This is a key advantage of the project’s location. From the nearby An Phu Interchange, take the Ho Chi Minh City – Long Thanh – Dau Giay Expressway directly, proceed to the National Highway 51 interchange, and then continue straight along National Highway 51 to Vung Tau.
Travel time: Significantly reduced, taking only about 1.5–2 hours.
