Vietnam’s TTC Group and Viettel Construction, a subsidiary of military-run telco giant Viettel, have signed a cooperation agreement on developing smarthomes and solar energy.

Regarding their collaboration in smarthome development, Viettel Construction will provide equipment and technology to operate houses within TTC Group’s real estate projects.

The smart housing system is capable of interacting with owners through personal electronic devices, allowing them to monitor and control their houses from anywhere, according to a representative of TTC Group.

The installation of smart technologies offers various benefits and comforts, and helps homeowners save time, money, and energy.

“This is the goal that we are striving for in the design and construction of our real estate projects,” the TTC representative stated.

The cooperation with Viettel Construction will help TTC improve quality of life and optimize user experience in its realty developments, he added.

With regard to the energy sector, Viettel Construction will use high-tech solar panels distributed by TTC Group for installation in the former’s industrial and civil projects.

Viettel Construction will also become a partner of TTC in the construction, installation, and maintenance of the solar energy system for TTC’s energy projects.

Compared to traditional power sources, rooftop solar power is a green and clean form of energy as it helps minimize environmental pollution.

The use of solar panels will contribute to the enhancement of power efficiency for both residents and the electricity industry.

According to Dang Van Thanh, chairman of TTC Group, the cooperation will effectively tap into the potentialities and strengths of both firms, thereby enhancing and affirming the credibility of the Vietnamese brand.

“We believe that this partnership will not only bring about economic benefits, but also enhance our competitiveness and build up our strength in the market,” Thanh remarked.
