At the National Health Digital Transformation Congress 2020, Novartis Vietnam (Novartis) was honored as one of 34 units that have made a positive contribution to the digital transformation of the health sector in the country.

Thanks to a long-term strategic vision, Novartis has been early aware of the significance of digital transformation in healthcare.

The year 2020 also marked many remarkable achievements of the pharmaceutical company.

Particularly, Novartis has pioneered the application of the Docquity platform to organizing activities and programs to provide updated knowledge for Vietnamese medical staff.

It is known that Docquity is an online community dedicated to health workers in Asia.

Moreover, Novartis has successfully partnered with health organizations and Hello Doctors to support public health awareness while cooperating with Samsung SDS in applying Brightics RA artificial intelligence technology to routine eye disease screening.

Notably, Novartis has partnered and sponsored healthcare organizations to successfully implement the program of Tam Diem.

This is a series of webinars held weekly to provide the latest scientific information for cardiologists.

Moreover, at the end of 2020, Novartis also officially launched MedHub – an online medical portal for health staff which is considered a significant milestone in the company’s digital road map to improve customer experience.
